LapChase – Löschung deiner Daten beantragen

Direkt in der App (sofort)

Öffne LapChase → Einstellungen (Zahnrad) → ganz unten „Meine Daten löschen“.
Bestätige mit „Endgültig löschen“. Dein Profil, dein Spielstand und alle deine Rennen werden sofort vom Server gelöscht, die Daten auf deinem Gerät ebenso.

Ohne App: per E-Mail

Schreib eine E-Mail an lapchase.i0l7e@slmail.me mit dem Betreff „LapChase Datenlöschung“ und nenne deinen Spielernamen, dein Land und ungefähr den Tag deines letzten Rennens. Da es kein Benutzerkonto mit Passwort gibt, löschen wir nur, wenn sich die Angaben eindeutig einem Spielerprofil zuordnen lassen; sonst fragen wir nach.
Wir löschen deine Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

dein Spielerprofil: zufällige Spieler-ID, Spielername, Land, Avatar
dein Spielstand: Goldasteroiden, gewonnene Fahrzeuge, Bonus- und Freischaltstatus
alle deine Rennergebnisse inklusive Geister-Daten; du verschwindest damit aus allen Ranglisten
die Verknüpfung mit deiner Google-Play-Games-Spieler-ID (falls vorhanden)

Was nicht gelöscht wird

anonyme Nutzungszähler und Fehlermeldungen: Sie enthalten keine Daten, die sich dir zuordnen lassen.
Verbindungsdaten beim Hosting-Anbieter Cloudflare werden dort nur kurzzeitig gespeichert und automatisch gelöscht.

Weitere Daten bewahren wir nicht auf. Daten auf deinem Gerät entfernst du, indem du die App deinstallierst oder in den Android-Einstellungen ihre Daten löschst.

LapChase – Request deletion of your data

Directly in the app (immediately)

Open LapChase → Settings (gear) → at the bottom “Delete my data”.
Confirm with “Delete permanently”. Your profile, your game progress and all your races are deleted from the server immediately, and so is the data on your device.

Without the app: by email

Email lapchase.i0l7e@slmail.me with the subject "LapChase data deletion" and state your player name, your country and roughly the day of your last race. As there is no user account with a password, we only delete when these details clearly match one player profile; otherwise we will ask.
We delete your data within 30 days and confirm this by email.

What is deleted

your player profile: random player ID, player name, country, avatar
your game progress: gold asteroids, won vehicles, bonus and unlock status
all your race results including ghost data; you disappear from all leaderboards
the link to your Google Play Games player ID (if any)

What is not deleted

anonymous usage counters and error reports: they contain no data that can be linked to you.
Connection data at our hosting provider Cloudflare is kept there only briefly and deleted automatically.

We keep no other data. To remove the data on your device, uninstall the app or clear its data in the Android settings.
